These Terms of Use shall be governed and construed in accordance with the Spanish law. In the event of a dispute between Tradewich.com and a User, the latter may file an action before the Spanish courts corresponding to the domicile of Tradewich.com, unless the applicable legislation requires otherwise.
These Terms of Use was drew up in English originally, and in the event of dispute between the Turkish and the English versions, the Turkish version of this Terms of Use shall govern.
